Wow..amazing hot stone massage. I requested firm and concentrate on shoulders. I was sore for 2 days but so worth it.
I will never go here. Rude people who don't know anything about customer service. Someone bought a membership for me, and I specifically asked the staff here if there was an expiration date (because I know myself), and I was told no. Tried using my last 2 services today, and when the location that I went to called, Millville told them my membership expired, and they wouldn't honor my remaining services. And then the woman hangs up on the staff from the other location! So sorry that life and medical issues delayed me using my massages. Maybe I should have told my cancer that it had to wait because the Millville Hand and Stone is much more important. If you want to go to a location where the atmosphere is nicer, try Turnersville.
So unprofessional. They will get frustrated and hang-up on you. LOL they are a joke!! The manager is no help as well. She hung up on me as well.

When I was 17, I went for a wax, got completely undressed and ready in the room. Only after I was naked from the waste down did she ask my birthday and then tell me I had to be 18. Couldnt have asked BEFORE I GOT NAKED?
