I stayed for work during the week for 1 mo.It was disgusting! I am a fair person but I cannot say anything good about the hotel.Front desk employees were great but the rooms were dirty. It was almost comical how the same papers stayed on the floors for a month and so did the hairs on the ceilings. The coffee pot had a mold covered filter.There were small curly hairs in the sheets even after I complained. Soooo gross! LolI know they weren't mine cause I went home on weekends. Glad it os closed. I am now at Fairfield and happy and clean!

A well maintained property to the maximum possible extend. We actually went to Philadelphia but being a club Carlson member I preferred to stay here. It was not a bad idea at all. Conveniently located between Philly and Atlantic city. The room was clean but the building is little old and hence the rooms are not noise insulated that well. We could hear the footsteps of everyone walking outside the door, not a problem though. Decent English breakfast and the reception staff were very courteous and helpful. Definitely I would stay here if I'm in that area again.
Our second stay here visiting back home. I grew up in Cumberland County so understand the demographics well. The staff are kind and professional, even rushed an early check in for us. Wawa and Walmart are within 3 miles too. Our second visit , we were immediately attacked by the stinch of marijuana as we checked in. The bed inspection revealed stained sheets and pillows as well. The front desk arrived shortly to redress the bed. The furniture also had old stains, the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, and the toilet ran, until you jiggled the handle. For gym access you have to travel an half mile off property, but the gym doesn't open till 10 am. Since check out is at 11 am, this is inconvenient. The continental breakfast is standard servings, nothing special. The rates for the Country Inn are grossly over priced. Their rates are comparable to the better chains, but their rooms and amenities are not. We will not stay here again unless rates decrease to 75..00 plus tax. The Marriot behind the Shop Rite, is the best option in Cumberland County.
